Use 2 Force to deploy on Maul. At any time you may use 1 Force to peek at the top card of your Force Pile. You may move that card to the top of your Reserve Deck.

Strategy
It's been five years since the original Electrobinoculars were released to the Light Side, and ever since then players have used them to fix destiny draws for every situation ever imagined. Now, the Dark Side will finally have their turn!
They only deploy on Maul, but he should be in your deck anyway, right? And while the actual mechanic of fixing destiny is a bit different when compared to the Light Side, the raw power of it is still there. While the binocs will eat up your Force Pile fast, the Dark Side also has an infinite number of situations where fixing up a destiny would be desirable, i.e., before a duel, or before drawing race/battle/weapon destiny. You can also get to that one crucial card in your Force Pile without junking up your hand. Pay a Force to look, if it's not the card you need put it back, and continue the process until you get to the card you need!
Guarantee yourself a solid start on any duel you initiate. A great deal, considering winning a duel is a rather large step toward victory in any game!
