Deploy on table. Cancels Opee Sea Killer and Colo Claw Fish. While no card here, you may draw destiny and place it face-up here. If you are about to draw a card for weapon or battle destiny, you may instead use card here, then place it in Lost Pile. (Immune to Alter.)
Lore
The sando aqua monster is quite a mystery to Naboo oceanographers. A reclusive predator by nature, this undersea giant appears to have no natural enemies.
Rulings
- When a player uses the card from Sando Aqua Monster instead of drawing a weapon or battle destiny, they are performing a substituted destiny draw. The destiny value from the card on Sando is used, and it cannot be modified, canceled or reset and does not count towards limits on the number of destinies that may be drawn.[1]
- Although the substituted destiny value from Sando Aqua Monster may not subsequently be modified (e.g. by Heading For The Medical Frigate), the destiny value of the stacked card could have already been subject to global modifiers (e.g. the Senate objectives can make senators globally destiny +2 or +3). Such global modifiers affect the card while it is on Sando, so they apply when the destiny substitution occurs.
