Lore
The Rebellion operates freely in many Outer Rim territories, allowing them to ignore Imperial activities in the core systems.
Rulings
- Only cancels Force drain modifiers that come from DS cards affecting DS Force drains.[1]
- For example, if DS Force drains at the LS system Tibrin, the +1 modifier in Tibrin's game text is not canceled because it is a LS card.
- For example, if LS Force drains at the DS site Cloud City: Interrogation Room, the +1 modifier in the site's game text is not canceled because it is a LS Force drain.
