Premiere – Special Edition (display name Premiere - Special Edition) is a constructed environment whose legal pool is the printed Decipher sets from Premiere through Special Edition.
The 1998 Decipher World Championship was timed with Special Edition's release. Decipher's 20 November 1998 Worlds packet is the contemporary procedure document for that event.
