Adds 2 to power of anything he pilots. Twice during battle at same system, may use 2 Force to add 2 to any destiny of 2. If present with Tonnika Sisters, Vul and Tonnika Sisters are lost.

Combos
- Vul Tazaenne + Red Leader in Red 1/Gold Leader in Gold 1 + 2 Landing Claws + Kiffex = The coolness of this is it's simplicity. This is not a 6 card combo, but a situation that you can prepare for. You will have the ability to drain for two at Kiffex while keeping a safe distance from your opponent. If they decide to battle you, hide. If you draw any of these cards for destiny, they are all a two's. Also, if you control Kiffex itself with the two starships, Vul will add 4 to all 4's. Not bad for a little 2 deploy character.[1]
