Andrew Howard was listed as Tournament Support Advocate on the early swccgpc.com Advocate Council, succeeding John Arendt in that role.[1][2]

- ~November 2002: Homepage news notes Josh "Red 84" Radke (Player Relations Advocate) welcoming Andrew Howard as Tournament Support Advocate, replacing former Tournament Advocate John Arendt.[1]
- ~December 2002: Listed as Tournament Support Advocate on council.htm.[2]
- By the June 2004 council.htm capture, Mitch Velasco is listed as Tournament Support Advocate (Howard not named there).[3]
Howard was not on Decipher's January 2002 six-person first Advocates list.[4]
