Decipher Comprehensive Rules
Decipher Comprehensive Rules is this wiki's single amalgamated document of Decipher's printed-era rules: Decipher Rulebook 2.0, Decipher Glossary 2.0, the Decipher Glossary Supplement, and the later Decipher expansion rulesheets listed on Rulebooks.
It contains no Players Committee modifications. For current PC tournament play see Players Committee Advanced Rulebook.
The model is the LOTR-TCG wiki's comprehensive-rules article: one searchable page with section anchors, citing the original PDFs. Transcription of the Glossary (142 pages) and merge of the Supplement over matching entries is the next slice of this work.
