Relby-v10 micro grenade launcher. Modified version of the limited range CSPL 'Caspel' Projectile Launcher. Blows lots of stuff up.
Rulings
- Choosing a character counts as 'targeting a character with a weapon' and so is countered by e.g. Blaster Deflection.[1]
