Pilots at ground bases throughout the Empire were immediately recalled to their ships to assist in the capture of the Rebels fleeing Echo Base on Hoth.
Rulings
- Even a permanent pilot (such as aboard a vehicle or a landed starship) at a site will prevent Scramble's text from canceling itself.[1]
