Premiere – Theed Palace (display name Premiere - Theed Palace; GEMP environment name Decipher Cards Only, code open_no_virtual) is a constructed environment whose legal pool is the printed Decipher sets from Premiere through Theed Palace.

On play.swccg.com and the Players Committee GEMP table this pool is listed as Decipher Cards Only (sets 1–14 plus the premium/reflections ids GEMP maps into that environment). It does not include Players Committee Virtual Sets.

The 2022 Decipher Cards Only Retro Event was played in this format. Do not confuse it with Premiere - Reflections III, which is the 2001 Decipher Worlds pool (Premiere through Reflections III only).
