- ~December 2002: Listed as Tournament Support Advocate on council.htm.[2]
- By the June 2004 council.htm capture, Mitch Velasco is listed as Tournament Support Advocate (Howard not named there).[3]
Howard was not on Decipher's January 2002 six-person first Advocates list.[4]
