Card Text

May add 1 pilot. Vader deploys -2 aboard. While Vader piloting, immune to attrition < 5, and during battle, may cancel game text of a passenger (or pilot of ability < 4) here.

Lore

TIE advanced x1 prototype. First of a limited production run leading to the development of the TIE Interceptor. At Vader's insistence a hyperdrive was installed.

Rulings

• May only cancel the game text of a character card (not a permanent pilot or permanent passenger).
• An astromech slot counts as a type of passenger slot. For example if the character card R2-D2 is in the astromech slot of the starship card Red 5, Vader's Custom TIE (V) can cancel R2-D2's game text.
