Rulings
- Must be at a site to limit players to one battle destiny and to prevent those draws from being modified or canceled.[1]
- Preventing destiny draws from being modified even prevents global modifiers such as from the Silence Is Golden (V) and the Senate Objective.
- Preventing destiny draws from being modified can be circumvented with a substituted destiny that has been modified before the substitution (e.g. Darklighter Spin on a modified maneuver value, or a senator on Sando Aqua Monster that is already receiving a global modifier from the Senate Objective).
