Rulings
- More than 3 cards may still be stacked on A Useless Gesture, they just don't grant any further bonus to Outrider (V).[1]
- Even if the +3 bonus has been reached, Outrider (V) may still receive bonuses from other cards (e.g. Special Modifications still adds 2 to maneuver).
