Lore
Valorum's female administrative aide who has studied the taxation bills. After Valorum was voted out of his position as Chancellor, Sei chose to leave political life.
Strategy
While Sei is not a senator, you might still want to include her in a deck that focuses on the Galatic Senate. She has a hefty 3 politics and huge forfeit so she can still be good forfeit fodder. The second part of her game text might be a little more difficult to use since you need to devote more cards to hold locations, but the first part is very easy to use. Any Light Side senate deck will have Valorum so the extra 'kickback' in Force generation is definitely helpful.
