While on Cloud City, once during each of your deploy phases may use or lose X Force to relocate any one of your characters at same site to a related site, where X equals ability of your character being relocated.
Lore
Elderly Ugnaught who despised the Empire for occupying his home on Cloud City. Helped the Rebellion secretly move personnel to aid the resistance movement.
Strategy
This grumpy old Ugnaught can pack quite a punch! He's a bit pricy, but with all the Quiet Mining Colony (QMC) decks that are sure to rise up with the release of Tatooine, this little guy is sure to see some play. His numbers are somewhat weak, but his strength is in his game text. Transporting characters outside of your move phase has been a difficult task ever since the release of Insurrection and Imperial Arrest Order. Grugnak, however, allows you to get around those cards.
Many QMC decks spread out over Cloud City with Pucumir, looking for a big drain; now with Grugnak on the table too, you have the ability to get one of your big guys transported to wherever your opponent chose to fight you at the turn before. Sure, the price may be large, but the ability to move a Jedi Master during your Deploy Phase can be game-breaking!
– Pay 7 Force, send Qui-Gon to the site where your opponent is trying to break through, and teach them a lesson!
