Card Text
Where present under 'nighttime conditions,' each of your Rebels and aliens at same planet site are power +2, and also have immunity to attrition < 3 if a Hydroponics Station is present.Text as stored in the Players Committee / GEMP card database (same string as the Premiere Java implementation). A Decipher scan has not been ingested, so the gold printed layer is still needs_source.
Lore
Simple maintenance and diagnostics droid. Activates alarm sensors, security lighting and power fences on remote installations. KPR servant droids built by Lerrimore Droids.
Notes
Tooex is a cheap Light droid (deploy 2, forfeit 2) whose job is to stand at a planet site after dark and pump your Rebels and aliens.
The power +2 applies to each of your Rebels and aliens at the same planet site as Tooex, but only while Tooex is present under nighttime conditions. Immunity to attrition < 3 is a second check: nighttime and a Hydroponics Station present with Tooex. Tooex itself is a droid, so it does not get the Rebel/alien bonus.
Typical home is a Tatooine exterior site at night (Lars farm, Jawa Camp, Dune Sea) with Nightfall in play. The Dark Side copy 2X-7KPR (Tooex) (Special Edition) is the Imperial mirror and does not need Hydroponics Station for the immunity.
Tooex is unrestricted (no uniqueness dots); more than one may be in play. No Decipher or Players Committee errata page is linked; if one is sourced it becomes Card:1_1-DE or Card:1_1-PC, not a new heading here.
The name 2X-3KPR (Tooex) originates on this Premiere card. Wookieepedia treats it as the Legends identification of the Lars homestead perimeter droid from A New Hope.
