Launch vs later update
Virtual Set #1 launched as a publicly referenced Players Committee virtual product (Decipher cardlists: tournament-legal 03-09-02). Early printable packaging includes VirtualCards1a and the Premium Edition slip sheet.
A later PC sheet archived as VirtualCards1.pdf is titled Virtual Set 1: Legacy and states Official text as of December 4, 2006 (footer: SWCCG Player's Committee 2006). That sheet is the source used here for the set symbol and pack example art. It is not the Premium remaster alone, and it is not the earliest 2002 1a sheet; it documents a later text refresh of the same twelve titles.
