Crossfire is a Dark Effect from Endor.
Card Text
Deploy on table. When you fire two weapons (except lightsabers) in a battle, your total power is +5. Also, S-foils and Maneuvering Flaps are suspended where you have either a weapon present or a starship (or vehicle) with maneuver > 3 present. (Immune to Alter.)
Lore
Scout walker pilots are trained to set up a deadly heavy fire zone. This tactic can be disrupted by enemy weapons fire.
Strategy
By Justin Pakes, Jedi Knight[1]
Tactical weapon work comes to Endor! Fire any two weapons in a battle for power + 5. Useful if mixed with forfeit reducing weapons as that forces maybe 2 or 3 characters to be lost if your weapon destinies are good enough!
But the real kicker for this card is the suspension of a key aspect of the Hidden Base Swarm deck - S-Foils. All you need is a weapon present or maneuver > 3. For the Dark Side against souped up X-Wings that means all the difference! TIE Defender Mark I, Slave 1, TIE Avenger, Black 2...
If you are facing a Snowspeeder and Maneuvering Flaps deck, that's even easier! A Speeder Bike will do it! Is it a 'flappy' clouds deck? Your Combat Cloud Car is the one for the job then!
Combo:
Just when the X-Wing swarm thought it had you. Drats! "Foiled" again!
