It's been 5 years since the game has seen the introduction of a 3/0 location. Back in 1996, the Dark Side got the Death Star system in A New Hope. Now, the Light Side gets the first 3/0 site to balance things out.
Any location that is so incredible for generating Force serves as a two-edged sword and poses a great danger for the person playing it. One must be extremely cautious to not allow it to fall into enemy hands, lest those 3 icons of Force-generating goodness be turned into a painful Force drain of 3 each turn.
Fortunately, this new Light side mega-Force engine is custom-built to be the staging ground for the powerful and mysterious Jedi Council. Most of the Council members are completely immune to attrition there, and many cannot deploy anywhere else. Many of the strongest mechanics of these members (like those of Mace Windu and Depa Billaba) function only when that Jedi Master is contemplating the universe from within the sacred chambers.
Another great feature of this locale is the ability to "download" Yoda, Senior Council Member, who can then act to disperse your Jedi around the galaxy and augment your forces elsewhere.
Combos:
Use the Council Chamber as your "other [E1] location" on the Senator Objective to start yourself out with 4 Force icons while giving your opponent only 1.
Use this Interrupt to deploy your JCC, or (once it's out) to get those Jedi Council members out of your deck and into the Council Chamber where they belong.
Combos
- Coruscant: Jedi Council Chamber + Plead My Case To The Senate Objective[2]
- Coruscant: Jedi Council Chamber + Speak With The Jedi Council
Rulings
