Balta-Trabaat BT310 Podracer that utilizes four engines instead of two. Has the potential to be the fastest Podracer on the track, despite its inconsistent performance.
Strategy
Ah, Ben Quadinaros. He's everyone's favorite big-headed alien. And now his Podracer can be your ticket to victory in the Boonta Eve Podrace.
While it may be eclipsed by sleeker machines like Sebulba's Podracer, Ben Quadinaros' common Podracer is not only easier to get a hold of, but its ability almost does Sebulba one better at messing with your opponents. This racer not only adds 1 to each of your race destinies, but it can also turn the tables on your opponent by exchanging race destinies. Sure, you have to lose 2 Force to do it, but hey, if you win the Podrace, you'll get your expense back, with interest. Ben Quadinaros' Podracer, then, is a deadly weapon against Anakin Skywalker, who loves to fix his race destinies in advance. If you're stuck with a low-destiny card, you can laugh in Ani's face and steal his, instead.
But there are sneakier ways to use this card. For example, if you just drew a great character for Podrace destiny, use Ben to switch it with your opponent, then use Podracer Collision to take the character into your hand – leaving your opponent without a race destiny for the turn!
For a walking pear, Ben Quadinaros sure is a sneaky fellow.
