This effect can be helpful when it comes to a ground deck going up against a space deck. With this card, the ground deck will have a greater advantage, and should almost certainly win the drain race every time. By forcing your opponent to come to the ground and fight you, you can now use all those ground interrupts you put into your deck and begin the beat down!
