Scott Lingrell is documented as a Players Committee Advocate / Lead Advocate on dated PC sources. On the ~August 2005 swccgpc.com Advocate Council page he is listed as Card Design Advocate. Later public PC organization charts list him as Lead Advocate with forum handle advocate.[1][2][3]
