'''Promotional Foils''' are 28 foil reprints of earlier commons, uncommons, and two rares ([[Qui-Gon Jinn With Lightsaber]] and [[Darth Maul With Lightsaber]]). Decipher gave them to tournament winners and a random participant, as retailer/distributor incentives, as wrapper redemptions, and as DecipherCon / championship prizes. They are '''not''' Reflections pack foils. Tournament directors typically awarded one card to the winner and one to a random participant. Each title was in the program for about two months; a new card rotated in and an old one rotated out, usually alternating Light and Dark so one of each was available.
