			The biggest complaint about [[Darth Maul]] from [[Tatooine (Dark){{!}}Tatooine]] was that his support cards were a bit weak when compared to [[Darth Vader]] or [[Ben Kenobi]]. Some things just take time, and [[Maul]] can happily take a big step up the main character chain with [[Maul Strikes]].

			The three uses this card has are all extremely powerful. When you draw this card, one of its uses will almost certainly be needed immediately. Light Side players have been able to pull Lightsabers out of their decks for years with [[Gift Of The Mentor]], and now [[Maul Strikes]] allows the Dark Side to finally have their turn at this great ability.

			Another minor weakness of the [[Tatooine (Dark){{!}}Tatooine]] persona of [[Darth Maul]] was that his ability to duel was a bit restricted, since he had to essentially survive an entire turn before he had the chance to duel anybody. With [[Maul Strikes]], however, the Sith Lord can bypass that restriction, and duel at any time by simply playing this interrupt.

			And finally, if you're looking for just some good old beatdown, [[Maul]] can add battle destiny with this card too. Instead of just dueling Qui-Gon and making him lost, why not battle him, cut him, and draw three battle destiny as well? The answer is simple.
