This is perhaps the most overlooked [[Hoth (location){{!}}Hoth]] interrupt, along with it's counterpart I'd Just As Soon Kiss A Wookie for the Dark Side. This card has several important uses, and if played correctly, can really disrupt the opponent's strategy.

A few obvious uses first, then I'll move onto some less obvious, but still cool uses. The Dark player starts to deploy [[Darth Vader]] and some other characters to a site, after he puts the [[Darth Vader{{!}}Vader]] down, send him back to their hand! If they have already deployed some other characters they may be in trouble. Perhaps they were going to do the [[Grand Moff Tarkin{{!}}Tarkin]]- [[Darth Vader{{!}}Vader]] combo. With just poor little [[Grand Moff Tarkin{{!}}Tarkin]] all alone, they will be forced to run or retreat!

The Dark Side drops the [[Executor]] down on you in space, don't you think [[It Can Wait]]? Send it back to their hand, they're now forced to wait a turn before battling, and you'll be long gone by then. With it's hyperspeed of 2, it won't be able to catch you either.

You're playing against a [[Dark Deal]] deck, if you pack 3-4 [[It Can Wait]]'s in your deck, they'll have trouble getting [[Dark Deal]] out. You should be able to delay the [[Dark Deal]] in time for you to deploy enough characters so that by the time they are forced to deploy it, you'll already occupy 4 [[Bespin]] locations and they'll basically deploy it straight to the Lost Pile.

If your decks rely on certain interrupts to win for them (an example is my '[[Thank The Maker]]' deck on Decipher's Site), the opponent may try to snag one of your abused interrupts with [[There'll Be Hell To Pay]]. If that happens, just play [[It Can Wait]] on [[There'll Be Hell To Pay]]. On the opponent's next turn, the next interrupt card played by either player must be grabbed by their [[There'll Be Hell To Pay]]! Just play a non-important interrupt in this situation and force them to use it on you!

Don't you just HATE insert decks? Well, if you're packing a few of these cards in your deck, you can buy yourself a few turns with [[It Can Wait]]. As soon as they deploy the insert, you return it to their hand, and on your turn, you're free to activate all your Force and not worry about an insert popping up. A few of these in your deck and you can stall the inserts a few turns, it may be long enough to win the game!

[[Imperial Decree]] getting you down? Maybe not, you can stall [[Imperial Decree]] a turn or two by returning it to their hand, or by returning the locations they'll need to their hand. This sometimes isn't effective if they have another [[Imperial Decree]] or Rebel Base Location in their hand, but it may work some of the time.

[[Undercover]] is immune to [[Alter]]. But it's not immune to [[It Can Wait]]! When the opponent deploys a spy+[[Undercover]], send the [[Undercover]] back to their hand. Their spy is now in a dangerous situation if they don't move away before you battle him!

This card in review, along with it's counterpart, I'd Just As Soon Kiss A Wookie, can be game breaking if played correctly.

* Cannot be played as a response to persona replacement (e.g. [[Lord Vader]] replacing [[Darth Vader]]).
* Cannot be played as a response to other replacement (e.g. [[Beedo]] replacing a [[Rodian]], [[TIE Assault Squadron]] replacing 3 TIEs, etc).
