A great combo to do with the "[[Ion Cannon]]" and the "[[Turbolaser Battery]]" is to fire the "[[Ion Cannon]]" (preferably at a "Correlian Corvette" filled with passengers) at a capital Starship. Then, if you hit them, fire your "[[Turbolaser Battery]]" at the ship. It's near impossible to miss the ship considering it has an armor of 0. If you do this all in one turn the Light side can't do anything about it, which really could be nice if the starship is filled with troublesome characters like [[Luke Skywalker{{!}}Luke]], [[Obi-Wan Kenobi{{!}}Obi-Wan]], etc.

* Weapons aboard the starship are only lost as a one-time response to the Cannon firing. Weapons can subsequently be deployed on the starship without becoming lost.
