			[[He Is Not Ready]] is one of the commons which players don't take seriously into account. But indeed it has lots of advatages: it isn't unique, so you can use it throughout the galaxy without any restrictions, its deploy cost is zero and its destiny is four, so it maybe isn't such a bad idea to put some into deck. The question: how to use it?

			First part of [[He Is Not Ready]] is a quite good weapon against Degobah Jedi Test Decks. To complete each of Jedi Tests opponent has to draw double digit destiny which is possible with certain cards on table and even then destiny draw should be at least three. Just deploy [[He Is Not Ready]] on an apprentice and subtract two from training draws. It can slow down Jedi training and give you time to move your forces to Degobah.

			The second part of the card is the best in my opinion. If your deck concept is based upon draining certain sites such as [[Tatooine: Cantina (Dark){{!}}Cantina]], [[He Is Not Ready]] is for you. It can threat all those powerfull rebel pilot/warrior characters as [[Luke Skywalker{{!}}Luke]], [[Han Solo{{!}}Han]], [[Chewie (The Empire Strikes Back Introductory Two-Player Game){{!}}Chewie]], Lando and many others. For instance, if you drain [[Tatooine: Cantina (Dark){{!}}Cantina]] with Aliens and your opponent deploys his "great" pilots, show them they are not ready to compete with your dark forces. During each of opponent's move phases, rebels will have an opportunity to make some important decisions: move the pilot (where? there's only [[Tatooine: Cantina (Dark){{!}}Cantina]]!), lose the pilot or lose one Force. Four pilots on site... it's losing four Force each turn, so maybe it would be safer to lose the pilot?
