			In my Star Wars CCG playing experiences, very few people 'react'. Thus, the chances of losing Ozzel are slim. Furthermore, if a person doesn't have [[Darth Vader{{!}}Vader]] in their deck, then Ozzel is perfect. He is a good Imperial character, despite the fact that his destiny is zero and he can possibly be lost. He is very nice to get in you first draw, when your opponent is low on force to deploy top notch characters like Obi, [[Luke Skywalker{{!}}Luke]], and [[Han Solo{{!}}Han]].

			One can even wait until second turn and smack him down for free while at the same time deploying a couple of trappers at the same site your opponent has deployed to and be able to draw battle destiny. Furthermore, he has the bonus of subtracting 1 from the deploy cost of capital starships, which is especially useful in a low force production game, or with the new, big, beefy, scary [[Executor]]. So, all in all, Ozzel is one of the better Imperial cards, especially for those players who can't afford to get ahold of a [[Darth Vader{{!}}Vader]] or [[Grand Moff Tarkin{{!}}Tarkin]].

			opponent will be unable to react to the same site as Ozzel, and therefore, Ozzel cannot be lost due to your opponent reacting to Ozzel's site when [[Darth Vader{{!}}Vader]] is on the table!
